A little about me
Hi! I’m Shuana - an experienced birth and postpartum doula based on the Central Coast, NSW.
Alongside being a proud mum to Teddy and Bobbie, and partner of 10 years, I’m also your local birth nerd with a deep passion for supporting women through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
I always thought I’d study midwifery, but after two empowering births of my own, I felt called to doula work. Our bodies are capable of incredible things - sometimes we just need someone in our corner to remind us of that.
My goal is to help you feel calm, confident, and even excited about birth and postpartum. With the right support, it can be truly magic.
