Here & Now is for families who feel organised with their birth prep and postpartum care but want the calming presence of a doula in their birth space. This package provides emotional and hands-on support the day your baby arrives, ensuring you feel safe and held throughout labour.

You’ll receive:

* 1x In-Person Prenatal Session (1.5 hrs) - Time for us to connect, confirm your preferences and answer any questions - ensuring we are aligned and prepared for the big day.

* Access to my Doula Library - A large collection of books and resources to help you prepare.

* Access to my Birth Tools - Including a TENS machine, birth sling, rebozo, birth combs and more! Plus, a generous 20% discount off birth pool kit hire, if you’re planning a homebirth.

* On-call Birth Support (38 - 42 weeks) - Emotional/physical support and gentle advocacy during your labour and birth from an experienced doula.

* 1x Virtual Postpartum Check-In (1 hr) - A dedicated phone call in the first few weeks to debrief your birth and check-in on your recovery.

Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum - $3000

Sidekick is a step-up from Here & Now, providing you with birth education and a touch of postpartum care. This package is the ‘happy-medium’, ensuring you feel guided and supported from pregnancy, through to birth, and into those precious first weeks at home.

You’ll receive:

* 2x In-Person Prenatal Sessions (2 hrs each) - More time together refining your birth preferences and preparing for labour. You'll explore labour stages, comfort strategies, and pain relief options.

* Phone Support Throughout Pregnancy - Virtual support throughout pregnancy via text, voice memo, or email - whenever you need guidance.

* Access to my Doula Library - A large collection of books and resources to help you prepare.

* Birth Hamper - A beautiful gift with goodies for your final weeks of pregnancy and birth.

All In is the complete doula experience - providing dedicated and continuous care from pregnancy up until 12 weeks postpartum. This package is designed for families seeking detailed birth education, grounding birth support, and extended postpartum care - ensuring you have the help you deserve, every step of the way.

* 3x Extensive In-Person Prenatal Sessions (2.5 - 3 hrs each) - Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique questions and needs, offering up to 9 hours of personalised preparation. * Phone Support Throughout Pregnancy - Virtual support throughout pregnancy via text, voice memo, or email - whenever you need guidance.

Postpartum Support Only - $2000

The Village focuses entirely on you, Mum - ensuring you feel nurtured, rested, and deeply supported in those early months after birth. With generous home visits, nourishing meals and snacks, compassionate emotional and practical guidance, and light household help, this package wraps you in care as you recover and settle into life with your baby.

You’ll receive:

* 1x In-Person OR Virtual ‘Postpartum Planning’ Session (1.5 hrs) – Time together during pregnancy to connect, discuss your postpartum vision, set up support systems, and prepare for a smooth recovery.

* Access to my ‘Doula Library’ – A large collection of books, resources, and recipes to help you prepare.

* 4 In-Person Postpartum Visits (3 hrs each, over 12 weeks) – Each visit is designed to meet you where you're at - whether that means lending a hand around the house, caring for your newborn, or simply being a calm, supportive presence. I’ll arrive with coffee and nourishing family-sized meals/snacks - along with a few thoughtful touches to help your week feel a little lighter.

* 12 Weeks of Postpartum Phone Support – Ongoing virtual guidance via text, voice memo, or email for any questions or challenges.

Doula Drop-Off (Meal-Only Service) - $500 per hamper

Not looking for in-person support but still craving the delicious meals?! This is a food-only option designed for those who simply want their fridge/freezer stocked with love in the early weeks. Each hamper includes: 4 hearty, family-sized meals (16 generous portions), a loaf of banana bread, 2 snack boxes for easy grab-and-go energy, fresh artisan sourdough and some extra treats to make it feel that little bit more special. No shopping. No cooking. No dishes. And delivered to your door-step!
