Blossom is a great option for women who have birthed before, are working with a smaller budget, or already feel confident and informed going into birth. It’s a beautifully simple package, offering trusted support throughout pregnancy and a calming doula presence on the day you meet your baby.

This package doesn’t include some of the added extras that some families may be looking for, so if you’re seeking more layers of support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum, I recommend exploring the Flourish and Full Bloom packages.

What’s Included:

* 1 In-Person Prenatal Session (2 hrs) – A focused session to connect as your birth team, discuss your preferences, and ensure we’re aligned and prepared for the big day.

* Access to my ‘Doula Library’ – Full access to my doula library, offering books, guides and resources.

* On-Call Birth Support – Available from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby, I’ll be by your side throughout labour, providing continuous physical and emotional support.

* Birthing Tools Access – TENS machine, birth combs, birth sling, rebozo & more (+ a generous client discount off birth pool hire for home births).

* 1 Virtual or In-Person Check-In (1.5 hrs, during your first 2 weeks) – A dedicated session/call to debrief your birth, check in on your recovery, and provide early postpartum guidance. (Please note: this time focuses on emotional and informational support and does not include postpartum meals).

Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum Care - $2999

With extra time together, we’ll deepen our connection, prepare you thoroughly for labour, and ensure you feel deeply supported and cared for throughout pregnancy, birth and those precious early weeks with your baby.

* 2 In-Person Prenatal Sessions (2.5 hrs each) – Spending more time together, we’ll deepen your understanding of birth, customise your birth plan, and explore tips and techniques for labour.

* Ongoing Phone Support – Access via text, voice memo and email for anything that comes up during pregnancy.

* Access to my ‘Doula Library’ – Full access to my doula library, offering books, guides and resources.

* Birth Hamper – A hand-picked bundle of helpful items to support you through labour and birth.

* On-Call Birth Support – Available from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby, I’ll be by your side throughout labour, providing continuous physical and emotional support.

With this package, you’ll have unwavering support from start to finish.

* 3 In-Person Prenatal Sessions (2.5 – 3 hrs each) – These personalised sessions offer hours of tailored support to deeply prepare you for birth and beyond. We’ll dive into comprehensive birth education, craft your birth plan, explore hands-on comfort techniques, address any fears or questions, and shape your vision for those crucial early weeks and months – so you feel calm, confident and ready.

* Ongoing Phone Support – Access via text, voice memo and email for anything that comes up during pregnancy.

* Deluxe Birth & Postpartum Hamper – A thoughtfully curated package filled with helpful items for both labour and recovery.

Postpartum Care Only - $1999

Created for women seeking support during the precious weeks after birth, Fourth Trimester is all about your recovery, comfort, and confidence. Whether you’re adjusting to newborn life, navigating feeding, or simply craving space to be cared for, this package ensures you feel held and nurtured every step of the way. Because this one’s for the Mother.

What’s Included:

* 1 Prenatal ‘Postpartum Planning’ Session (1.5 hrs) – A personalised session before birth to discuss your postpartum vision, set up support systems, and plan for a smooth recovery.

* Access to my ‘Doula Library’ – Books, recipes, guides and resources to help you navigate the fourth trimester.

* Postpartum Hamper – A selection of essentials to nurture and support your recovery.

* 4 In-Person Postpartum Visits (3 hrs each, over 8 weeks) – Extended, tailored visits designed to meet your evolving needs in the fourth trimester. I’ll arrive with a nourishing family-sized meal, fresh coffee, healthy snacks, and hands ready to help, however you need. My goal is for each visit to leave you feeling lighter, reset and recharged.

* 8 Weeks of Postpartum Phone Support – Ongoing guidance via text, voice memo, or email for any questions or challenges.

Bonus Option – Individual postpartum visits are available separately for $350: a beautiful option for those seeking support without the full package or as a thoughtful baby shower gift.
