Here & Now is for families who feel organised with their birth prep and postpartum care but want the calming presence of a doula in their birth space. This package provides emotional and hands-on support the day your baby arrives, ensuring you feel safe and held throughout labour.

You’ll receive:

* 1x In-Person Prenatal Session (1.5 - 2 hrs) - Time for us to connect, clarify your preferences and answer any questions - ensuring we are aligned and prepared for the big day.

* Access to my Doula Library - A large collection of books and resources to help you prepare.

* Access to my Birth Tools - Including a TENS machine, birth sling, rebozo, birth combs and more! Plus, a generous 20% discount off birth pool kit hire, if you’re planning a homebirth.

* On-call Birth Support (38 - 42 weeks) - Emotional/physical support and advocacy during your labour and birth from an experienced doula.

* Phone Support Throughout Pregnancy - Virtual support throughout pregnancy via text, voice memo, or email - whenever you need guidance.

* 4 In-Person Postpartum Visits (3 hrs each, over 12 weeks) – Each visit meets you where you are – whether that’s help with chores, time to rest, newborn care, or simply offering calm, reassuring company.
